Direct interaction could include: Registering to volunteer for Pyjama Fairies, Accessing the volunteering area (Fairyland), Placing an order for one of our garments or merchandise, making a donation, contacting use via the connect form, providing feedback on our services, visiting out website where we collect information for analytical and security purposes, when signing up to our newsletter which you would be required to consent prior to receiving. We will process your data monthly until you ask to be removed or unsubscribed. This also includes, when browsing our website; we will collect IP address and browser information about pages you have visited for analytical purposes, Getting in touch through post, In person at events of exhibitions.

Payment Information

We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (credit or debit card number) and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Details we receive on our website will be passed securely to Stripe an independent payment processor.

Personal information we collect will only be used by our volunteers we will never sell or share information with other organisation for marketing purposes. We also do not share website interaction data.

However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we Pyjama Fairies cannot guaranteed the security of data transmitted to our site. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our service is done so at your own risk. You should only access the service within a secure environment.

We will keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purpose set out in this privacy policy.

In the UK if you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information you can review, change or terminate your account at any time.  You also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. Fundraising

£4.50 pays postage for garments to be sent to a child. £10 buys supplies for a set of pyjamas. £20 buys supplies for a set of pyjamas and gown. £50 buys a roll of fabric.

Fabric Donations

We are receiving a high volume of orders so our fabric stock is very sparse. If you could help by donating 100% cotton fabric to the cause please contact us.
